Thank you so much for these videos Brett - recently diagnosed 3 weeks ago and these give me a tiny bit of hope for the future.

Dreaming of a future probiotic formula for MS, this would be a lot better than the scary meds we have now. Would love to see more about how the gut microbioom can be affected through diet in people with MS. Then i can dream of a scientifically based diet that fits my gut microbioom. Thanks for the video i really appreciate it.

Has there been any research on specific microbiota that alter IL17 in people? Would be interesting to wipe out the microbiome with several antibiotic forms and rebuild it with probiotics / other dietary sources over 6 months.

Does the paper discuss in which way the bacterial profile of the microbiota within the mice were altered in the presence of ILI-17? Were are certain microbial metabolites from this altered microbiota mentioned as potential culprits in the pathogenesis of EAE?… very interesting research!… Thanks for letting me know when you have a chance!

Thanks again Brett, maybe the combination of an IL-17 inhibitor and anti-biotics could be of some benefit to people who have run out of options.

Am I right in saying that if this was a proven technique for fighting ms, it would only benefit people with active ms (relapse remitting) and not have any effect on someone who has secondary progressive ms where ms isn't active but the person is dealing with the damage done by the active phase of ms..?
