So interesting to see your reaction to science fiction and fantasy being mixed together - I genuinely don't think I've ever seen a bookshop in the UK separate them. It doesn't annoy me personally as I would look through both if they were separate, and it makes it easier with crossover titles which might appeal to fans of both (eg fantasy readers might miss Pern if it's only stocked with SF)

My BAM is kinda sad. The horror section is 75% Stephen king and half the time I can’t find the SFF books I’m wanting. Even the romance is 90% cartoon cover romcoms. As a dark romance reader I find it lacking 😢
