The magnetic north and south poles aren’t in the same location as the geographic poles.
Even if they were, no airline uses magnetic compasses for navigation anymore.
Even small planes have gyrocompasses, and lots use GPS receivers.

This is poorly researched. No planes use magnetic compass navigation any more, it's all GPS now. The main reason is you CAN fly over dangerous Antarctic mountains, but commercial aviation rules require you to stock your plane up with a lot of expensive survival gear almost no airline wants to buy.

Ever heard of amundsen-scott base 🤔
And it's common to fly to the north-pole with tourists in the summer and landing for the selfies

WELL THEY USE GPS AS ALL NORMAL PEOPLE DO
and YES they do use compasses to and they compensate for the drift of the magnetic poles both in the arctic and the antarctic
