Judging by the damage to the apartment block it was probably hit by Ukrainian malfunctioning or intercepted anti-aircraft missile from S-300 system. These systems shouldn't be placed near high-rise buildings, but Ukrainian forces often use civilians as a human shield to protect these systems (Buk and S-300). Sometimes S-300 missiles are intercepted by Buk missiles due to lack of coordination between units. Similar cases already happened in Odessa and Kiev, but Zelenskyy regime keeps doing it. Western supplies are a drop in the bucket taking into account the amount of already lost hardware. The most important thing is that Ukrainian professional army including elite Nazi units like Azov regiment suffered unsustainable losses and you can't do much with conscripts (most of them are really unwilling to fight for the regime). Ukrainian army will be done by the end of the year.
