nothing is impossible if you believe that God can heal you with anykinds of sickness and deseases because he is our great healer. all Doctors are only God's intrument most important is our faith to God that He is able to heal us and there's really nothing impossible with Him. i have parkinson's and iam now healed because i never stop believing Him. and all these foods also we need for our our body as an instrument to support our health.

Here are superfoods to enhance brain function in Parkinson’s :
1. Nuts
Studies show that even a small portion of walnuts in our daily diet can reverse the brain’s ageing process and improve learning, memory and motor coordination
2. Carrots

I do wonder if my diet would help parkinson's. For about ten years now I've been living more than 90% on fluid milk products, cow milk and cow cream. Every day more than 90% of my diet is some kind of milk--skim, 1%, 2%, whole--plus I sometimes buy pints of half-and-half or fluid whipping cream and drink them straight. For me the diet helps with eye problems. If I eat solid, mixed food my eyes hurt and vision blurs. But if I follow this diet, they feel and work okay. I believe it's because the nutrients from milk and cream are more gentle and soothing and less clogging and irritating to the cells than those from solid food. This is what makes me think it might help parkinson's, although it hasn't been proven.

Disclaimer: this diet hasn't been proven safe for human beings by any medical authority. But for me it has been safe, and I imagine my body works similarly to many.

As far as millets, I'm not familiar with later texts or commentaries on such, but in Caraka, I believe one sloka lists in order : kodo, finger, barnyard. I'm not exactly sure why. Perhaps kodo has tannins as astringent taste and aids in weight loss and other, as a wild kodo is said to be best for fat reduction ; fiber I think is similar to but slightly lower than barnyard. Perhaps kodo was more popular and more widely distributed, as I think at least barnyard is of African origin. As far as finger which is quite low in fiber (best perhaps traditional cultivars of barley/yava and gavedukha (coin lacryma-jobi, not commercially grown that I know of in South Asia but cultivated in East Asia), I think its value may be primarily as an ok source of calcium, from what I recall perhaps 300 mg per 100 g, far less than the traditional sources of calcium : leaves such as tanduliyaka, agastya, mandukaparni, perhaps banyan and bodhi leaves are not bad, yet they're not listed near the beginning of the list of veg in Caraka), perhaps others that I'm less familiar with and are native to tropical South Asia or are tropical, or others not bad such as vastuka, kakamaci, or other. So as far as fiber, besides dal, whole seed such as flax, sesame, hemp instead of oil, if it is ideal who knows but I generally mix barley, job's tears, and a bit of barnyard or kodo millet, as I think those would be in decreasing order of fiber, yet that is not the only reason for which to select grain or food ; so for example gavedukha perhaps for tannins or other is used in East Asia for viral infection of numerous kinds, cancer, weight loss also, bone strength from what I recall, and perhaps other, including modern use in various cosmetics.

The poppy pods make a sound when shaken, just like a rocking human.

Does this help Parkinson's? Couldn't hurt! I agree Omega 3 is healthy, Fiber ummm, I don't know... look at gluten free option. Calcium, I will try more, if no added hormones which, is common is the U.S.
