Fresh Strawberry Pie | No Jello Recipe | Perfect Fourth of July Dessert

Hi Strawberry Lovers! This recipe for Fresh Strawberry Pie has everything you want (amazing strawberry flavor) and nothing you don't (no artificial flavors or colors). Easy and delicious and perfect for your Fourth of July Celebration!

6 1/2 cups fresh strawberries cut to your desired size
1 1/2 cups chopped fresh strawberries
3 T. cornstarch
1 T. water
2/3 cup sugar
2 T. lemon, lime or orange juice
1 prepared crust of your liking

Growing up, my Mom made strawberry tarts every summer using fresh strawberries and a packaged glaze mix. I try and stay away from artificial flavours and colours and have made a recipe similar to the one you made in this video. I used apple juice and corn starch and sugar for the glaze. I love the recipe you shared. I never thought to mash up so e strawberries! Thanks so much for sharing.
