Master Your Dopamine Levels With These 3 SIMPLE Steps (Even If You’re Lazy)

I bet you have an image of your best self—the person you’d be if you really got it together. But every day, you end up living the same way you always have. If you don’t make a change, nothing will improve. Let me tell you one thing: To achieve your goals, you need to manage your dopamine levels. We all know that in today’s world, attention is the real currency, and big businesses are experts at capturing it. I know this because I’ve experienced it myself.

I used to be constantly distracted, searching for likes on social media or losing hours to TikTok. But that was the old me. I’ve changed, and I want to help you change too. In today's video I’ll explain how to tackle one of the biggest threats to a fulfilling and productive life.

Let’s dive into the concept of dopamine detox. When I was a kid, I hated being bored. It was the worst feeling, and I always wanted something interesting to do. That changed when I got my first smartphone and access to the internet. The endless entertainment was addictive. But to succeed, I realized I needed to control my impulses and focus my attention. Let me show you how you can do the same.

Now I’ve cut down my screen time on TikTok down massively around 34 minutes and use instgram mostly for those audios when I work out (though im not reliant on them). But my main question is if there’s a problem with watching all these videos on discipline, lowering dopamine, the law of attraction, etc. Now I still maintain my non negotiables but I just wonder if watching these videos is almost the same as scrolling? Also keep up the content man cause I truly love it brother.

i have spent a few years starting to actively think introspectively but i always managed to find an excuse to delay things. Im consistent with kickbozxing but as soon as i miss a day due to pure laziness i always seem to find the perfect excuse for it, even after all the "inner work" i thought i was doing. My why now is because after finding my peace and doing what i thought was the hard work, im facing a break up that wasnt mutual and involves my son, so the idea of another person controlling some of my narrative moving forward means that i really want to control the parts i can and actively do so.
Thanks for the videos, much love from melbourne aus

My reason: I go to a community college where I get 2 years free before transferring to a 4 year college to finish my bachelor degree. Last semester I got good grades but realized that I wasn’t putting in that much effort. I’m great in the classroom but suck at homework. I realized that I probably won’t be able to pass classes just by showing up and participating once I get to the 4 year school. I also noticed that when I’m home I spend most of my day laying in bed on my phone when there’s so much other stuff I could be doing to improve myself and my environment.

Honestly man, I love videos like this where it’s so raw. Just the feeling of a person talking about their experiences so that I can get better in life. Keep it up man🙏

My reason is that I always come back to social media after one great productive week. I relapse with the thing. It's been happening for the past couple months

Why? Because I don't want to go with the flow anymore. I want to live according to my expectations, find happiness, sorrow and own my life's choices.
