The sad thing is that all my life I thought this was love when I was ignored. Will be happy for the breadcrumbs I get. Be content with that. But it comes from the beginning from my father's and my relationship. One who is there physically but never emotionally. Raised with two parents with addiction problems. They have created scars and tracks. Believing that you have to fight for love. My mother meets a new man after my father. Then I am 9 years old. He her husband ignores me and my brother for 18 years. My mother becomes addicted to this man who ignores her. So brought up that love should look like this. I then adopt this dynamic dynamic as normal. But a few years ago I hit rock bottom. My addiction has just been to be ignored. So chose men who are there but not there. Realize that this will be a job for life. Never give up on myself again. Because also became an abandoholic. Surrendered myself to get nothing. But now have myself. There is no love in this.

Its an Ego thing. When someone gives you attention you dont notice it much and go on with your life like normal, but when they start ignoring you it doesnt matter if its somebody you truly liked or not, its the fact that theyre ignoring you its hurting the ego. Its all in the ego. Its not the truth about this person, why you suddenly want them more now that theyre ignoring you when before you didnt really care. Because its an ego trip. It also doesnt mean you dont value yourself if you are hurt by being ignored or you get obsessed. Its a psychological trick that some do to manipulate you. Remember, when someone ignores you, they are also being ignored by someone else they care about. Karma never lets ppl get away with bad behaviour.
