Hallucinations is a hard one since we treat those who have them as schizophrenic or having psychosis from something and this is stigmatised so more people could be having hallucinations with the condition but fear mentioning a word about them for their doctor might consider it a sign of psychosis and try and throw them on an anti psychotic or just over all want to be not knowing as "Crazy" and this will have them not mention the evil hands which come out the walls as they awaken.
