Hii, I have doubt in this, bias is not related to accuracy of training data??

like if we have more bias then its accuracy would be low.

Pls clear my doubt.

Worst explanations. Directly jumping to examples. "Linear regression, logistic regression has high bias". What ?
It depends on the actual ground truth distribution from where sample is taken from. If the actual distribution D is linear in nature, linear models will have low bias.

And that is not the correct definition of variance of the model. 500 rupees bet, this dude didn't read "Elements of statistical learning".
