3 Step Process To Improve Your Video Content Strategy & Save Time!

To grow your business, you need to engage your audience. And in my opinion, the best way to do this is through planning and implementing an effective video content strategy.

YouTube is a great platform for this, and that's why today I want to share my three step video content strategy process.

Video production isn’t easy, but with these three steps, you’ll be producing AWESOME videos!

1. Carve out the time: Make sure to dedicate a specific time in your monthly calendar to create your content. This helps with consistency and ensures you have content that’s ready ahead of time. Remember, showing up consistently at a set time keeps your audience engaged and anticipating your next video.

PRO TIP: The most effective way to keep to a schedule is to batch create and record more than one video at a time.

2. Get to know your audiences' wants: It’s critical that the videos you make are actually videos your audience wants to see.

Once you’ve established the theme or topic for the month, go ahead and adjust the content based on numbers. What does your analytics tell you? Follow that.

And hey, if you're ever not sure what your audience like to see, ask them!

3. Crank it out: Writer/creator’s block is a serious thing! Find ways to get your creative juices flowing. I have a “Pump me up” sequence which includes a music playlist, inspiring quotes, and inspiring videos. Find what works for you and pump it up.

So, that’s it! Eliminate the overwhelm of planning your video content strategy by following this process. Save yourself time and stress. Make things more efficient. Don’t always start from scratch. Use my process.
