How to Adjust and Edit Gradients - Live Gradient Tool - Photoshop 2023

In this tutorial I show you how to make changes to gradients using Photoshop 2023's new Live Gradient Tool. The first step is to open an image and then select the gradient tool. Make sure "Gradient" is selected and not Classic gradient.

Create your gradient, then note that you can double click on the circular color stops to change the colors of the gradient. You can also adjust the middle points as well as adjust the position of the color stops. You can add in new color points, and you can easily adjust the scale and direction. Lastly, note that photoshop 2023 allows you to click on another layer and then return to the gradient to make changes as you see fit.

When I click on an existing gradient photoshop always create a new one. I cannot see any points to drag

I'm using the current version of Photoshop 2023, full release. Do you know if you can use the live gradient tool with masks? It would really help me out in the project I'm working on right now. I can still do it, but it would make things a bit easier and I'm just interested in seeing how it works. Looks amazing though, great tutorial!

Edit: Just wanted to add, I don't see the live gradient feature, under Masks or using it with a regular layer, am I missing something?
