Diona is literally one of the most used 4* because of her multiple useful abilities. She is number 2 right after Zhongli then noell then thoma and finally xinyan.

I would put Diona higher cuz her shielding doesn't need complicated stuff just to be strong unlike Xinyan or Thoma and she has healing and additional EM buff on her burst too.

Xinyan's shield uptime can be amazing too. With enough energy recharge, her elemental burst can provide max lv of her shield. People is just too focused on guaranteed crit hit part of her burst and ignore her shield. The most shielder I have for comfort other than Zhongli is actually Xinyan.
