Anakin on Mortis not only overpowered two Force gods at the same time, but he tapped into the Force so hard that he changed the sky from day to night in the process. The man bent the cosmos to his will just to save Obi-Wan and Ahsoka from the Son and the Daughter

This is a Legends versus Canon debate. In Legends, George Lucas himself said that Luke and Leia both inherented Anakin's potential and that Luke achieved it. I would also point out that the Force, being mystical in nature, does not necessarily rely on genes passed on from parent to child. In Luke and Leia's case, it did. But the Jedi's ranks were jammed full of people whose parents were not Force Sensitive. So clearly, it doesn't work that way.
This part is just supposition, but the Force seems to decide on its own whether it will endow people with power, and the midichlorines respond by growing within the person, which increases their affinity for the Force.

Lucas said Anakin would be so powerful, a being of cosmic proportion, so much so for example “he’d be able to open and close black holes with ease”, that right there literally says it all, Luke moved used every ounce of his fullest power to move one so slightly, like just a few feet. For Anakin to close one and open them and even move them around the galaxy, at ease shows the power he would command

Anakin is confirmed to be the most Force sensitive, so if Anakin and Luke are at the same skill level Anakin will be naturally stronger. I'd say the question is whether or not Anakin has the discipline to ever obtain the attunement with the Force that Luke gained. Perhaps, but perhaps not

The thing is, Midichlorians determine one’s natural affinity to the force. Anakin had the highest recorded count of 27, 000 midichlorians while Luke and Leia each had about 24, 000.

That said, the reason Luke became so strong in contrast to Anakin in Legends atleast at such a young age was because of how he was trained. Anakin was brought up through the strict and regimented Jedi Tradition while on another term Luke was mostly left on his own to find and study any Jedi Lore he could get his hands on, leading to more individual freedom which also didn’t send him onto Anakin’s path as Anakin felt like he was held back while Luke was given total freedom. This is why Luke was basically a better Jedi at age 23 that Anakin was at the same age. Had Anakin been given training on his own terms he could have excelled to such an extent that Palpatine would not be able to manipulate him and he be more relaxed and better suited for his life as a Jedi.

Basically star killer if he was canon was supposed to be what Anakin was, that’s why Vader trained him to be his puppet. He had the second most midochlorian count in Star Wars history. Being 22, 000 to Anakin 27k. Then when he got drugged with even more to the point it went to the same as Anakin. Which was how Galen was able to pull Star destroyers from the sky and turn people to ash with legit just force power and lightning. But he had that same kinda attitude as Anakin where we would never listen or was cocky and arrogant asf at times and had so much hate like Anakin which was what caused his demise in the first game and pretty much almost the second but he survived. Luke wasn’t born with the same count as Anakin but had the potential of Anakin bc of the force ghosts guiding him and pretty much also trained him.

I love to see the more mature depiction of Anakin. He reminds me of Qui-Gon Jinn
