Lucas himself said if Vader was never crippled on Mustaphar, he would have been twice as powerful as Sidious was. That said, even with his disabilities he's at 80% power meaning he's 30% stronger than Sidious anyway. Whatever dimension this is just gave him a 20% boost to all the power, skill, and experience he already gained as Vader.

George Lucas in the writing room: So, full powered Anakin Skywalker who reaches his full potential would be a God. Literally unstoppable. That’s how I dreamed him up to be. So I had to develop a way to stop him from ever doing that. I kept coming up with bad ideas and sorta wrote myself into a corner, cause all the Jedi had to die, except Yoda and Obi-wan, and Vader has to be the tool that Sidious uses to do it, but he just gets so powerful he’s virtually unstoppable. And then it hit me. The High Ground. Classic. And all my problems were solved.
