1999-2004 Mustang GT BBK off-road x-pipe install and sound clip! (Too loud)

Installation of a BBK Off-Road X-Pipe on a 2002 Mustang GT. Replacing the stock h-pipe with an off-road x-pipe makes a HUGE difference in the exhaust tone especially when you pair it with an aftermarket catback system.

Few years ago I put on a x pipe. Took stock H pipe off with 100k miles. Came off no problem. Go to put a H pipe on and take x Pipe off.... passenger side loosens up no problem from header. Drivers side (the easier side) is giving me a headache. The nut is almost rounded. What a PITA!

Man this BBK X pipe is crazy loud., it took a little longer to install then I thought but boy it was worth it. Thanks for your video. The hardest part for me was the driver side 02 sensor would not reach the new pipe, after some adjusting on the pipe 2 plug defoulers and some bad words finally got it, its very loud its going to take a minute to get use to it.

Does the X-Pipe come with those down pipes I just got a 2000 Mustang GT don’t know much but been watching a lot of vids I had a 1995 Mustang V6 and then a 2009 Mazda 3 but I like the stang just wondering about the down pipes.

How is the fitment of the LTs? Does the mid pipe hang lower than it does? I have a older vid....i believe 7 or 8 yrs ago after i had pneumonia. I did a video of what all i have done to my car. I sound like crap in it..but see what you like. Maybe have a few parts on your car too in the future.
