I always preferred the H pipe on my Mustangs. I feel it just has a deeper tone with a little less rasp. Both your cars sound great...cant believe you guys don't get hassled by the cops. Love your car man, I got to see it at Fab Fords. I was hoping to meet you but you weren't by the car...love the videos too man, I wish you made more.

In 2004 I got my first car which was a 96 Mustang GT vert with a 5 speed manual.. I put an off road H pipe on it with an American Thunder cat back which at the time used the Original Flowmaster 40 series .. it was the best exhaust sound on a Mustang I’ve ever heard

You’re not crazy. I had a 2000 with a similar setup, bbk o/r x pipe and my buddy with an 04 with the exact same setup was louder than mine

I have a 2000 mustang gt autotragic been in the family since new, atlantic blue, bone stock. I always wanted to throw some long tube headers, slp x-pipe with supertrapp mufflers at the end.

I have an off-road x-pipe with a Borla S-type stainless exhaust on my 02 GT. Love the sound it makes.

I have long tube headers off road h-pipe and 2 chamber flowmasters and it sounds great and loud as hell. I think the h-pipe sounds deeper
