Another awesome video! Thank you. I too use Walmart fabric and Hobby Lobby when it's in sale (which is every other week, lol). I watch for fabric when it's on sale or clearance. The only quilting lesson I learned from my Grandma. I never could sit still long enough for her to teach me how to sew, lol. My husband taught me how and I've been sewing since. You have such an awesome sense of humor, and I love how you are so down to earth. Thank you for making these videos. In fact, this is the block I am going to make for one of our daughters! She loves sunflowers and that is the fabric I had picked up for her. Perfect timing. Thanks again. Can't wait for the next.

Brilliant tutorial. I can’t get many nice fabrics like that here in the UK unless I pay a lot for it. I do envy the U.S having so many lovely fabrics to choose from.

There are Quilt snobs out their who will say you can't buy any fabric
At JoAnns or Walmart or any discount place and a Quilt shop
have had ladies say that to me.... let me just tell you that's absolutely ridiculous. I have made
1st place blue ribbon Quilts with
Discount is no Quilt
Police ...its all about doing something you love and working with whatever fabric you have.
So my advise after over 25 years
Of what YOU want
And sew with whatever you have
And make it

One more request…. I LOVE the fact that you are including the fabric requirements on the blocks. Could you add the finished size without too much trouble? I have been going through the videos deciding which blocks to make, but need to find the finished size without watching the whole video again 😊. Thanks!

Never would have noticed your seems didn't match. They certainly look a lot better than mine lol. I'm with you about the Walmart fabric. No need to have expensive fabric. I've made some small quilts with Walmart fabric.
