This should help you out if the issue is in the fuel line or your carburetor...this is common in classic cars and hot rods and is an easy diy fix

I stumbled across this 1974 Chevrolet C10 Squarebody pickup while minding my own business on the internet. Claims to have a corvette motor, rebuilt transmission, and hydraulic dump bed but hasn't been on the road in over 10 years. Will it run and drive? sure ... technically we got it there... We need this truck to go to work as a daily driver asap. so lets see if we can revive this abandoned small block powered chevy c10 pickup truck and and get it to work here on our abandoned property. There is a lot do on a truck that has been sitting, brakes, tune up, carb rebuild, wiring checks...

also in the mix we might have snagged a bunch of spare parts, a car trailer with a winch, and a little homemade farm trailer to boot

You should swap the fuel filters around so you can see when the clear one gets dirty, so you're not plugging up that expensive metal one 😅
