The first method worked and it said it found corrupted files and repaired them using windows resource protection. Hope this repair is permanent, thanks !
Update: it stopped working again, had to contact HP and get it corrected professionally

I tried the memory diagnostics and it passed the test so no problems with memory, the problem with whea uncorectable error was still there then i noticed that my amd chipset driver was not installed, i installed it restarted the pc and now my windows works again guys from what i learned check all devices drivers and download them from official websites of the manufacturing and thats it
