Your own snacks are a must. Kitchens and cafe's in hospitals close after certain hours. you will need it. My daughter took a box of slim jims for the protein as well as trail mixes. Extra chap stick or lip balm if you are in labor for any length, your lips and face will dry out. If you are sensitive to light and prone to headaches, I would also take your migraine cap and or eye mask. Any time now mama! Good luck!

YES! Snacks ....always remember the snacks! Get the snacks that you like that are unique that you know you can't get in a hospital❤❤❤❤❤

A 10 ft. iPhone charger is a game changer! Marshalls/Tj-max has them for cheap.
Absolutely yes for snacks. Jerky, gummy snacks, protein bars and electrolyte packets to mix in ice water. 😊

Also maybe an eye mask or ear plugs for sleeping? I know the nurses are in and out through the night and all the monitor lights make it hard for sleeping (especially for the little sleep you are actually getting in reality)
