There's something about savoy cabbage that just works so well with bacon or pork. I make a recipe with sausages fried with savoy cabbage, bacon, and green beans. Looks awesome as always Donal, simple ingredients but cooked well. Miss that old kitchen too haha

Very true, besides of being delicious also cheap to make. Exactly what we need now. Irish recipes are great for that, because they are based on simple ingredients (from a Middle European point of view).
