have you ever used Dockers to separate these different functions such as Samba, Pi-Hole, OVM etc

Round about 27 years ago, I was working at a company that used 4 X-terms ( graphical terminals without a "real" CPU) connected to a Sun SparcStation 1 with 32 MB memory and 1 GB ram, shared between 5 programmers. Be careful when you say a Pi is capable or not capable of doing ... whatever. That's 32 MB ... 1/33 of a GB less than 1% of 4GB. I don't know about the other guys, but I was running emacs.

darn, I thought this would show how to do this headless-ly. I think there needs to be more of this, I mean it's a pi, it should be easy to configure before first boot so you just have to SSH to manage it...no additional hardware required...and chances are you already have open ssh installed if you have Linux...and it's been part of powershell for probably over a year now.

Why did you not select the 64-bit server? It's a 64-bit chip. It is quite silly to use a 32-bit OS on a 64-bit chip and ... the 32-bit OS works much slower than the 64-bit OS (what a surprise).

Nice to see. Impressive performance, with Gnome 3 I'm impressed, it's actually usable for someone with basic computing need. I wonder how the performance would be on a more powerfull arm board. (Banana Pi or something like that)
