how can i save the MD5 into a zip file?, because when i am flashing with TWRP a zip file, its askig for the MD5, thx for any help!

I cant install GApps from Open Apps because the TWRP acuse the md5 does not match with ZIP they give me.

Okay. So my phone is dead. No esfile explorer. I have xp only, and twrp 3.2.0. This version wont skip md5 check. CM 13 idiots don't give you any md5 file. No support to the 200 people on various googled asking where to get it. They say to google the answer. I am googling it and this is the help you are giving? They do give a sha number. I tried to copy this into notepad and make a md5 file. I googled sha to md5, with no results. My file manager cannot see md5. ....Solution, to go with built in filemanager, select properties...Cause: idiot cm team!
