I gotta pass the time till Ashlands comes out somehow

these blades were forged from 1084 bar stock in my small propane forge. the handles are oak one fire blackened to match the in-game aesthetic and the guards and peen-blocks are copper. while I had difficulty in getting the right distance for cutting on bottles the blades performed amazingly well both in cuts and thrusts.

The scabbards are made from pine with leather harnesses.

Sköll and Hati are mythical wolves who chase the sun and the moon eternally through the havens until Ragnarok when Sköll eats the sun and Hati the moon (or maybe the other way around there are conflicting opinions) some great mythology.
for now, I am referring to the crescent-shaped blade as Sköll and the straight blade as Hati

By the way, make an argument for which blade should be Sköll and which should be Hati in the comment section if you actually read the description.

If you have anything you would like me to make a video about please let me know in the comment section.

There’s also some talk about a bell or something? I don't know, sounds kinda dumb...

Awesome build man! You should’ve shown how you made the sheaths too. They were awesome. Also my favorite finish after quenching is a wire wheel finish. Give it a try sometime if you like. I hope that helps

I think the real Sköll and Hati are the friends we made along the way...
