I don't even need to watch the video to know we're in a rental crisis. In Newcastle, still 1 year into the pandemic..nodoby can find a rental at all, especially in larger families. House share rooms are going up in price and rents are driving up due to crazy demand. I know a few small familes who had to love in their car or warehouse. People are also overstaying their leases due to not finding "suitable accommodations"

I would be really wary about investing in property right now unless the property is less than roughly 300k
