Thank you! I was told to “go get your Comptia A+ certification” and it was like they told me to jump in the ocean and find the hidden treasure. This video gave me a roadmap.
Going to purchase Meyer’s courses and study up. Will let you know how it go!

I just read the A+ book for core 1. I have heard of Mike Myers and I like Professor Messer. This is worth a try because I want to study for Network+ next. Two weeks here I come.

Thanks for the info... I did Meyers first and then Messer... huge difference in information. Meyer jumps around the objectives, Messer covers each of the test objectives in order. I got more information from Messer than Meyer. I would recommend getting Mike's book for reference also.

You do not need to pass the core 1 before taking the core 2. I took the core 2 first and passed and then took core 1. This was the order my university had us do it in.
