That webcam probably is the best webcamquality that I've ever seen on ANY LTT video and yet you talked sooo underwhelming about it. Even it's mic was extraordinary amazing!! It sounds better than my FANLESS Core M3 equipped ZenBook (UX305 mic is a joke guys...camera on it is about Surface Laptop level though).

I see no correlation between Linus's reviews of laptop webcams/mics and my opinion of the footage. Anyone agree or is it just me? 3:06 To me this was one of the best sounding mics I've heard on a laptop, and the webcam looked a bit over-processed but alright.

who ever bought this laptop, the price you paid is for the overall quality and build.
Not only for the specs, please understand.
if you are the person who care about the price, get something else, neither Mac or Surface product suit you.

More easily up-gradable is going WAAAAY too easy on the surface. Isn't this what IFixit rated 0/10? This is basically a throw away device where even skilled technicians can't replace the battery without destroying half the device.

Microsoft is a such a contradictory company!

Their hardware has been improving by leaps and bounds, but they seem to be unsure to embrace the future of standards. The refusal to integrate USB Type C in the new Surface Pro and Surface Laptop are honestly baffling.

I understand the need to have the regular USB 3.0 port, but adding one single USB Type C port would have made a world of a difference and it wouldn't have cost them too much - design wise, space wise and money wise too.
