Don’t run more then 6-7 lbs or this will go BOOM. And forget about 450-350-250 hp.
Be happy if you even dyno 180whp. That is if you want to keep it safe. Just get a good ECU and tune and get fuel mods, injectors, pressure regulator and it will work!

To put A/C in to your civic with turbo. You need to use the log turbo manifold.

welp my car is pretty much perfect for a turbo. the ac blows warm and the power steering has seen better days. its in excellent condition besides the typical paint peel from that particular year and has had tons of stuff replaced on it.
paid 1200 for it which is a steal imo for the condition it was in and the way it drives

Can't the turbo be bolted up the other way so the downpipe points the correct way?

Cast iron manifold is the way to go with the Ebay turbo kit. The EBAY ram horns have never been reliable (in my experience)

Flip the turbo and you wont have to weld the down pipe. you have the cold side on the wrong side

Bro, it doesn't get much more fun than a low boost setup on a single slammer. It'd be much better if you did a VTEC head swap on that B7 block, because VTEC really does make a hell of a difference, especially with boost, but I boosted my JDM D15B VTEC in my EJ8 coupe when I got it and even with a stock cam and valvetrain I would rev it to 9k rpm between shifts and on 10 psi with a bone stock block it made 208 whp on an eBay turbo kit and 450cc DSM bluetop injectors tuned on a chipped and socketed P28 ECU and Crome. I had a JDM Del Sol Si single cam trans (basically a USDM Si trans) and an Exedy stage 2 street/strip clutch. It would shame modified WRXs and Mazdaspeed 3s because it was so light. Once you get this car tuned you're going to have alot of fun with it. Seriously though Mike, I would suggest a Z6 head (or entire engine) swap ASAP.

go to a hydraulic hose and fitting place and have the lines made that go ffrom the compressor to condensor
... lol the ac compressor not the turbo .... had to do this for a gsr teg that had a similar setup ... turbo is fine with cold side of compressor in its current position . might have to get a diff downpipe and would also suggest gettting a molded for civic intercooler piping kit .

You can loosen bolts on the turbo and reposition were the down pipe comes out of

Today I still drive my 181 all motor d16z6 eg hatch ... Still fun still quick still reliable lol I've always wanted to turbo it but I feel like the reliable part will be short

I believe you can clock the back section of the turbo so that the flange faces the right direction.

Can you clock / rotate the turbo to make the exhaust down pipe fit?

I would have send that back, they said it would fit with the air. If my car has air I'm keeping it. If it's hot in the summer you need air.
