The sequel trilogy is like a burrito.

The Force Awakens is the beef. While unseasoned and kind of dry, it adds substance to the burrito and makes the consumer of the burrito feel full, even if it's nothing to write home about.

The Last Jedi is like chunky peanut butter. Even though it has a few rough edges, I still love peanut butter. But, c'mon, peanut butter doesn't belong on a buritto.

The Rise of Skywalker is expired sour cream. It's entire existence is designed to help the previous ingredients go down smoother, but it's so nasty and it mixes so poorly with the peanut butter that you end up throwing it all up and now you've lost your appetite.

Bringing back palpatine is the biggest slap in the face in the entire SW franchise. Horrible decision to make anakin’s death pointless.

Rise of skywalker would’ve been so much better if kylo ren was the main villain and became a true Sith Lord with no remorse and not turning to the light side by the end of the movie

Rogue one over Revenge of the Sith and Return of the Jedi IS INSANE it's a good movie but I wouldn't put it that high

5. The Force Awakens - Copied Episode IV but it was a good film, actually
4. Revenge of the Sith - An epic conclusion for the prequels
3. A New Hope - Prodigious beginning of the Star Wars story
2. The Return of the Jedi - Amazing ending for the perfect trilogy
1. The Empire Strikes Back - Perfect movie, and a masterpiece in literally every single way

AOTC isn’t great but there’s a lot that I really like. Obi-Wan on Kamino, Battle of Geonosis, the speeder chase, unique planets, beautiful score

11. Rise Of Skywalker - anti film

10. The Last Jedi - poorly executed movie with good ideas

9. Solo - mediocre flick

8. Force Awakens - too nostalgia baity, with not much new interesting foundation for the franchise

7. Attack of the Clones - ok movie, which mostly suffers from Anakin subplot, but has some good moments

6. Phantom Menace - decent adventure, that has the charm of OG trilogy despite some clumsiness

5. Rogue One - good grounded take on Star Wars

4. Return of the Jedi - great movie, but I'd be lying that everything in it is as engaging as the final act

3. Revenge of the Sith - the great tragedy, arguably the most epic the franchise ever got

2. The New Hope - great start of the journey, impactful and instantly iconic

1. The Empire Strikes Back - peak of the franchise, high quality drama not just by Star Wars standards, but by general standards as well
