Fascia is the most abundant connective tissue in the body that provides support to every muscle, tendon, ligament, organ, nerve, joint and bone in your body.
Fascia has dense sensory nerves and it is believed to be responsible for the soreness we feel after hard exercise or pain we feel after injuries.
So, if you’re working on stretching, strengthening or relieving pain from your muscles, remember that fascia also plays a key role.
