With a 100 kW electric motor and a battery of 211 miles long, the 100% electric PEUGEOT e-208 has three driving modes: Eco, Range, normal, optimum comfort and sport to optimise the driver's performance. The battery is covered by a manufacturer warranty of 8 years, 100,000 miles. Three charging methods are available for the new PEUGEOT e-208:
Charging from a home outlet: e-208, a full charge for 20+ hours using a home outlet will charge in the classic
Accelerated charging at home : the e-208 can be charged more quickly and safely than a dedicated charge point that takes about 8 hours for full charge. Government subsidies in the UK support this.
Fast charge in a public terminal: 80% of the car charge can be obtained from the 100kW charge station within 30 minutes. Most of the Fast Charge devices can be found at the motorway service station and are phased out throughout the United Kingdom. HV battery operated high power heater (5 KW)
Heat pump and automatic temperature control in the passenger compartment . Vehicle range is protected thanks to enhanced power efficiency compared to conventional climate control
