Just bought a 2017 208 1.6 HDI Blue Allure for £7490 with 43500 on the clock. Great deal. No other super mini could match it for the price and mileage. So cheap to run and so easy to drive. Love it so far. £30 of fuel gets me 16 days travel. Had a 2.2 litre Rav 4 before the Peugeot which I did like and I was putting £30 worth of fuel in every 7 or 8 days or so and costing me £290 p, a in tax. The Peugeot is nil tax p.a. What’s not to like! Love the vid Dan. Keep em coming!

I had the exact same car as a recent rental for a week in Spain. Initially we thought there was a problem with a dash warning and the steering pulling me left and right slightly. We took it straight back to the rental company who explained the lane / line assist feature which was switched on. We elected to turn it off and had no problems at all from that point. It's a very nice drive. The 1.2 is ample and didn't feel underpowered. Steering was lovely and light and easily managed a tight underground car park space in which I would have struggled normally. We covered maybe 250-300 miles for around 25 euros, so can't complain. The one we drove had few miles on it, but a 2019-2020 model with less than 40k miles can be got for less than 7k (more like 8-9k currently). I'm looking to change my bigger car for something smaller than a 2l guzzler, so it's in the mix.

Try pressing the end of the light stalk to cycle through the various trip meters and consumption screens.
I haven't missed having a manual until I saw this review. The gearbox looks very tight. My 3008 Allure is the 1.6l petrol with auto. A great car, but not quite as engaging as my old 2.0l petrol 307 manual.
