While I empathize with black people who are unjustly victimized by the criminal justice system, as a black person, I push back against those who want to reject Harris because she prosecuted black people. There are more of us who are tired of criminal behavior in our communities. The murders, armed robberies, and the smash and grab robberies are destroying our communities. We live with drive bys and gun violence on a daily basis, and we are tired of it. No more excuses!
