2:42 It's actually touching/heartwarming to see how clean and nice their animals house is, with their own living space so messy. The tank for the squirrels or whatever they are is very well kept, and that's hard work to keep up with changing the bedding and everything. (And the cat was so clean and happy, sitting on their cat tree). You can tell the person who lives here prioritizes their pets first and spends their energy caring for the animals. When I saw that it really hammered in that the person who lives here deserves this help. I like how your friend (and Anni) don't judge the homeowners negatively.

I love how Auri gets so excited about cleaning and that she doesn't really say things like "nasty" or "gross". It really takes away the judgment and shame. That helps with the stigma and makes it easier for people to reach out and ask for help. She is an angel!
