How to set up and use your Dyson Corrale™ hair straightener.

Start by sliding the lock button up to open your Dyson Corrale™ straightener, then insert the Flight-ready tag.

Before first use charge to 100%, by using the dock with the cable attached or connecting the cable.

Once fully charged, press the power button to turn on. When prompted, press the (+) button to select the required temperature.

To maximise your run-time follow these steps:
Always start from 100% charge
Place in the charging dock between sections
Or extend the styling session by connecting the cable to use in hybrid mode
Once finished press and hold the power button to switch off. The power button will pulse while the plates cool.
Close and lock, then place in the charging dock for your next styling session.

How do I know when the straightener has been fully charged? When I charging mine, it does not show any charging icon..only a red light is shown. When I try to switched on and lock to charge, the straightener auto off.

Didn’t expect the charge would run out so quick even when the cord is directly connected to the straighter (and not to the stand). It is very irritating.

Is took me five minutes to insert the flight tag in. The attached a bit hang out. And smell burn after half way used it.

The written instructions are so filled w minutia and important info not easily acquired. For example how long total to charge the unit to 100%. Minutia…do not use while sleeping?!?!

Defective battery - twice! I purchased my Corrale in March 2020 and it stopped working in 2021. Dyson indicated the battery issue was not repairable and they sent a a refurbished unit as a replacement. The replacement had the same battery issue and died in March 2023. Spent $500 on a device that didn’t even last 3 full years.

I don’t understand the reason for the flight tag. It has made it much more complicated than it needs to be. I switched mine to the “home” position, and I am charging the unit now. Hopefully I will not be any problems. The flight tag feature seems useless to me 🤷‍♀️ I mean how big of a deal would it be to keep in your luggage? Or perhaps make the flight/home switch easier to transition, or something. It seems to be engineered poorly. I’m hopeful that the product is superior in other ways. Going to try it out soon!

Hi, i put the flight tag and charged the device. I set the heat and device is ready to use. When I start to use and press my hair, it starts to blink flight mode. What can be the problem? .
