Had a Hp laptop for less then 4 years and the power randomly turns off. When you start it up the power just turns off after 10 seconds and you have to close it and plug it in for 5 minutes before you can turn it on again. I had a macbook air for 8 years and this never happened. I'm never buying a hp laptop ever again its pure garbage, save your money and actually get a good laptop brand. Never buy from best buys again.
