It was a big mess to clean up in Kansas City, Missouri after a Union Pacific train derailed.

Wow! that Centerbeam car got crushed like a can on that bridge beam, that is one strong bridge. Thank the lord that bridge didn’t fail.

First you don't use empty rail cars mid string!

Besides not having a low weight center-beam car in the middle of the
train it’s not a good idea to have 3 empties in a row. Even worse is to
have a string a MASSIVE TANK CARS right behind them to provide
lots of inertia. One of them also derails but luckily it didn’t tip over.
A potential environmental disaster averted. Just imagine if the speed
had been higher!

and that's why you should put heavy cars in the front of the train and leave the empties in the back

That load was completely miscalculated. You can't have lightweight cargo being pushed like that around bends followed by heavy tankers like that. All that weight on those tankers just thrusted those lightweight cars right off the track

While this train is derailing, and lifting the flatcar up, this would be a good way the bridge 🌉 would be broken and turn into a tightrope

Train derailments are comon with an average of 1, 704 derailments per year with a total of 54, 539 train derailments.

This is happening all over the place we live about 30 feet from the railroad it scares me to death ☠️ they are not doing thier jobs had to fix the rails twice already they need to do safety checks
