Hi. Is this only available on the paid version? If so, what plan has these features?

This is no longer available it seems. The Advanced option is no longer there so I don't know how I can set the expiration.

Hello, I find this info very useful Thanks!
But what is the minimum date can you set on a google doc? Can you limit the time to a couple hours or even minutes?

One more question!
Can you even record the movement of a user in a shared google doc?

After going through a lengthy calling back and forth to Google customer service, the solution to the restrictions is actually awkward. In order to get the settings to set restrictions on documents or videos sent on Google drive. The content has to be sent first. After it is sent, The restriction options will appear under the person's name In the list of recipient(s) you have sent the video to. Only at that time will these restriction options appear to set when the documents or videos will expire. I was hoping this should come first before sending it. But, of course, any documents or videos sent without setting up the restrictions First, can always be undone preventing access to it anyway. It's not very intuitive, but that is the solution and you can do that in a regular Gmail-drive. Try sending it to yourself first before sending it to others or add their names in gentry Drive instead of having the name added. After you have said whatever it is to the recipients. Very awkward!

Hi Chanel! I'm unable to see the "set expiration" icon whenever I hover my mouse icon in each email address that I've declared. How to fix this, please? I'm using Windows 10. Thank you!
