thank u for sharing beautiful island, i was on that beach over 20 years ago it was dirt track road, . Looks so built up now but still beautiful There was floods when I was there then. When i stay on the other side there was still no road just dirt track also and when it rains its too dangerous to go out on motorbike, There was a story of one beach being cut off from rain so long that the rice nearly ran out and they had to fish for food. Though its was still beautiful powercut was nearly everyday and it was cut off in some hours in the day, there were no hot showers. The thing i found hard was the noise of the frogs omg they can make u go crazy at night. enjoy its freezing cold where i am, x
