I once played with a DM That was a amazing voice actor The only problem is no one ever shows up to freaking play DND because they always cancel

reminds me of this one running gag i sometimes do when i'm DMing, "wandering accent syndrom" a debilitating condition caused by the fact that i can't keep a consistent accent when voicing an NPC

My every character, no matter what accent they start with, ends up bad British cockney. 100% of the time.

voice Actor or not, if our Dm trying their best, i'm happy with it cause they became the DM when no one stand up.

Normal me
Deep
Demon and finally:

Bad scottish

I'm a female DM/player, have a squeakish girly voice and I can't voice act for shit.
Somehow my players still feel immersed when I try to get out my inner dragonborn miner, or annoyed dwarven artificer...
Giving my best, still 'o.o

But seeing our session recordings when I play a male tiefling barbarian is hilarious, especially as my pitch gets higher when I'm excited xD
