Drone footage shows massive destruction left in wake of devastating floods in eastern Libya

Drone footage captured the destruction of the Libyan city of Derna, which was most impacted by the collapse of two dams in what Derna's mayor says may have claimed more than 20,000 lives.

This reminds me of what we experienced in Venezuela in 2000 when something similar happened, with about 50, 000 people dead. I feel their pain.
