some of UK McDonalds restaurant look the same as japan, our ice cream is made 100% organic milk but with addition sugar. japan is the same but uses sweeteners. the taste will be different base on the location. because we raise our cows. also both uk and japan uses glucose syrup, but in usa they use corn syrup to maintain the shape of the ice cream.
