Love it! Those things are so much fun. I’m lucky you built two of them, and I get to reap the benefits!

I've got pretty much the same mods for mine. I added mud flaps to the rear of both fenders that SIGNIFIGANTLLY helps with mud, water and dew off grass. i got an 212 with a starter, mounted an ammo can to the side for tools and the M12 battery that runs the starter..and of course neon underglow!

Love it. I've got 2 of these bikes set up similar. I put the 60 tooth sprocket on the back that's been awesome for climbing. Next step for me is front brakes, gotta be able to stop on the other side of the hill once you climb it! Good content.

Keep the minibike content coming. The BT200x is an awesome bike. Thanks for sharing the adventures.

I suggest adding a springer seat for comfort. I put one on my CT200UEX. Made a huge difference.

Nice. But the early belt shifts would drive me crazy. The sweet setup for off road Coleman 200's with a torque converter is a 60 tooth sprocket and a yellow spring for the driven in the tightest hole.

Its not the governor you feel at top end. Its the valve float if you did the zip tie right. 18lb valve springs will open up more rpm. Your ready for it with your flywheel already installed. Id call those stage 1 or 1.5 with the flywheel and stock camshaft, rod, valves, head, stock size carb etc.

got a baja carbon ive been working on, shes getting a predator 224 with 15.5:1 compression and e85. that all said im gonna push the charging flywheel on it as ive had governor deleted engines work fine even after years of running them hard. itll be rev limited to 6k to prevent issues and in case its getting the heavy duty housing. I've got a similar setup on a manco dingo and itll hit 57mph however that thing is terrifying at that speed, and to think im building this motor to be even meaner

The new Coleman is too low, long and heavy. The BT200X has a nice open design which makes working on them a breeze. Good point with the ground clearance.

I'm doing a footpeg relocate, future plans include rerouted exhaust and front disc. But very similar results with my Predator 224

One thing i have learned in the one year after a partial governor bypass is that if you dont do all of that stage kit stuff the stock flywheel is more than fine! I use my coleman ct200u-ex as daily rider for store runs and stuff but i dont need to keep up with traffic. 25-26mph is more than enough for me! Good stuuf and info in this vid just not for me.

what size of Nibbi carb would you recommend? I'm going to use it on the stock motor for awhile then I'd like to upgrade to the 224 or 212 ghost at some point and use it for that. Thanks! Love your videos.

Picked up a CT100U “used” basically brand new which I’m only going to use it for getting around the property so I might get a bigger predator to throw on it especially after watching your video lol

I bought the same style helmet for the same reason.

45 mph is really moving for a mini bike. I'm going to get me one of these in November.

Imagine if the black & red bike didn't have the exhaust exit right by the air intake.
