I just noticed, but Carl's character grew a little bit of a heart towards the end of the series. He went from buying a high-tech home security system to keep the Aqua Teens away, to, "Sure, I'll let you borrow 2 Wycked, whatever".

Carl is a good friend. Like, all things considered, you can tell he doesn't hate them the same way anymore. I mean, he clearly still hates them, but its like, a familiar, familial hate, as opposed to the abject hatred that he had for them before. So nice of him to actually let them use the car, thats character development right there.
