We're Max and Hitomi, a British and Japanese married couple living on the outskirts of Tokyo. We love to go treasure hunting and shopping in the deep suburbs of Greater Tokyo to find all the gold. Clothes, antiques, retro video games, toys, electronics, silly junk. It never gets boring!

In this episode we're in the suburbs of Chiba, just East of Tokyo, at a thrift store called Kanteidan. It's an intense overload for the senses full of retro games, vintage clothes, dvd's, anime, toys, panties, and the kitchen sink.

Thanks for the upload. I will be on the hunt for stuff I probably don't need, but want (Giant tanuki statue) in about two weeks. I enjoy the hunt and I'll work out how to ship it back to the UK in one piece if I go a little overboard.
