Fast, delicious and fun — these are the hallmarks of the perfect summer dish. Peel-and-eat shrimp is a great appetizer for casual entertaining. The mustard seeds and tamarind paste add a touch of unexpected Indian-inspired flavor. Plus, preparation only takes a few minutes and a couple bowls, so if your guests offer to clean up, let ‘em!

Thank you Whole Foods Market for this video! I saw a picture of these shrimp featured in your email newsletter and thought they looked delicious. I clicked on the picture and was directed to this same recipe on your website. What a coincidence! LOL. I am planning on making this recipe! Thanks again!

The shrimp didn't get cleaned at all. Rookie move

I wouldn't think this would add much flavor to the shrimp if you leave the shell on and cook then toss in the 'sauce' afterwards.

Honestly seems like a lot of work and obscure ingredients for something that should be quick (shrimp on the grill). Also, as another commenter noted, if you're cooking them unpeeled, then tossing in the "sauce, " like how the cook is doing here, how are they going to get any flavor in the actual shrimp? I don't know anyone who likes peeling shrimp when a guest at a dinner or barbecue anyway. Wonder why they didn't just have the shrimp peeled for this demo?
