1:50 I don't think the echoes have a fixed colour, unfortunately.
If you pay attention, each echo has a list of possible sonata effects.
The "fixed" element associated with each echo seems the be the element of their attack, not their sonata effect. (For example, echoes who deal physical damage have a physical element symbol associated to them, even though there is no physical set.)
