Does the cost of the Echo affect the rarity of the Echo? or is it just the colour of it?

what should I do ive chosen Asia during pre registration now i came to find out sea server is better for me 😭 will i still get the echos event rewards if i choose different server

I have a question, my server is SEA, but in the web event, it says ASIA. How can i change it to SEA? There is no Option. Thanks

my pre registration is in asia server and game recommended me sea so i chose that.. i am not getting anything now?? cant i change my pre registration server??
btw i am union level 8 and did not recieve any echo event rewards....its annoying why

Edit: u got a 1 Cost legendary "Traffic Illuminator" which has the Electric, Wind and fire one. Is it good? cause it's just a 1 cost

I originally installed it on my D drive, so I moved it to my C drive. How do I change the launcher directory? It's set on the D drive without any options to modify.
