I wish there was a echo set feature, for which you could just save and assign sets of echoes to move them around instead of having to manually assign them one by one to characters when swapping them about.

Another tip prioritize leveling your 4 and 3 cost echoes to 15-20 and leave you 1 cost echoes at 5-10. 1 cost attack% echoes are less valuable because at low levels you have a low base attack and they give a secondary stat of flat hp. 3 and 4 cost echoes elemental damage and crit echoes really boost your damage and have a flat attack secondary stat which is very valuable because again you have a low base attack.

Xp is definetely much bigger of a problem than tuners, i have good amount of tuners and i will not need more for a while, but im out of xp completely.

Honestly to +25 your first golden 4 cost/3 costs (matching dmg type/set) is ideal on your 2 main dps. It's guaranteed dmg boost which enables you to clear more content for mats, so it has good ROI despite losing 20% of the exp once you replace it in the future. Any extra crit rate adds consistency so take it wherever you can get it, and ~10%(4.8*2) dmg bonus is actually a lot. 1 golden costs you can stick to +20 since ATK% is worse overall and you only net ~3% upgrading to +25. F2P you can definitely clear 15/30 hazard zone & diff 4 holograms with just decent echos. I never pulled for Jiyan and saving everything for Yinlin.

The advice is good for late game optimization once min-maxing echos is the only thing left to do just like in Genshin/HSR for artifacts or relics. Just build up your initial gear sets instead of gimping yourself over bad rolls because this process takes a long ass time.

my tip is level your echo to 5 then tune then if u get a nice stat like crit rate or damage level it to 10 then tune again if u didnot get a nice stat in level 5 then proceed to the next echo.

Still very new and just starting to gear up. But my best piece is: Dreamless main stat crit rate 22% substats: Crit damage 21%, Res Lib dam 8.6%, Atk% 7.1, Res skill dam 8.6%, energy regen 10.8%. From now on I will take your advice and level them to 20 though.

The most important thing is echo Exp...
they must change the echo system making it we can use echo as materials exp for upgrading same as weapons..

If you have a synergized party, energy regen substat is very important after element, crit and crit dmg. Without fast energy gain, Jiyan doesn't feel good to play with. Better to quickly build 3 teams than trying to farm echoes all day. Also data bank level 19, the drop rate for gold echoes increases tremendously.

the math for me works like that

level to 10. unlock 2 stats
if no good substast >scrap
if at least one crit substat or 2 usable stats like the type of dmg or attack level to 15

unlock third substat
if no crit stat + 1 useful stat or 3 other usefull stats >scrap

level to 20

Upgrade your supports cost 4 echoes for the main stat then go all out on your dps, you won't feel like you're missing out and still be well built. Rn my Jiyan is at 80.4/228 on a f2p account

I hope they take a look at tuners. Substats are automatic for both HSR and Genshin, and with all the other rng for relics, I hope they lean tuners to be more for substat rerolling

the echo system really needs to be fixed. they should make it so you can see the substats when you get the echo, but you need to use tuners to unlock the substat.
